Order Cancellation

  • Standard Orders :
    • You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After 30 minutes, the order may already be in processing, and cancellation may not be possible.
    • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at stickmestore@gmail.com / Whatsapp – 8015030012 with your order number.
  • Custom Orders :
    • Custom orders cannot be cancelled after placing the order. Due to the personalized nature of custom designs, cancellations are not accepted.

Returns

  • Return Eligibility:
    •  Due to the high cost of shipping home décor products, we do not accept return/exchange, except in case of manufacturing Defects or Damage in Transit.
    • In case of Defects or Damages, we will be glad to Replace the Product. 
    • Any Reports of this sort has to be informed to us within 2 days of delivery.

    • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Prepaid Orders, that are Non-Deliverable and returned to us will be refunded after debiting the Shipping fee. 
  • How to Return an Item:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at stickmestore@gmail.com / Whatsapp – 8015030012 with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Gift cards
    • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
    • Custom or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
    • Innerwear items – due to hygiene issues.

Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility :
    • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
  • Damaged or Defective Items :
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
  • Late or Missing Refunds :
    • If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time frame, first check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is not reflected, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
